How it works

From choosing hosting to running your work.

TitanArray Hosting provides the hosting service. TitanDash is the server-management panel, and Dart is the hosting-facing operator. Here is where each fits into your journey.

Getting started

Choose, describe, review.

The current public form begins a hosting review. Account setup, payment and service activation are separate steps that are not completed by submitting it.

01 · Choose

Select an exact plan

Compare resources and select a current shared, VPS or dedicated configuration. Proposed tiers are not selectable.

02 · Describe

Bring your workload

Include the domain, application, resource needs and any migration. Check the monthly price and migration estimate in your request.

03 · Review

Send the details to Dart

Read the returned response and clarify the fit, scope and next steps. A response is not a paid order or confirmation of provisioning.

Once you have an account

A separate entrance for your hosting.

The client panel provides the authenticated route into your account. Review the site, DNS and TLS inventories returned for your account, and manage your account recovery address.

Dart’s hosting role is to help explain the account information it can observe. Review the available service information before deciding what help you need. A proposed change should identify its scope, cost and expected result before you authorize it. Check the result of the work rather than treating a proposal as completion.

Service responsibilities

Agree who looks after each part.

Use this guide when reviewing a plan. Exact management, support and recovery terms must be confirmed for your chosen service before it begins.

Access and additional work

Understand what a price covers.

Panel and Dart access are part of hosting. Separately approved work and a scoped migration need their own cost review.

Ask about the next step

Start with a question.

Guest Dart can discuss the workload, plan or problem you describe. It cannot access your private server through this public conversation or perform an authorized server change here.

For account-specific work, open the client panel. For general preparation, describe the software, symptom or move without passwords or secrets.

Your next step

Know the resources and the responsibilities.

Choose a plan with your application needs, operating scope and any move in view.
